We are absolutely delighted to be boarding the Railway Preservation Society of Ireland ‘Midlander’ train as we make our way West from Dublin Connolly to Maynooth, Co. Kildare and return.

Our journey today brings us from Dublin Connolly to Maynooth, departing at 15:08. The journey time to Maynooth is approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival in Maynooth passengers will be able to alight from the train, and watch, as No.85 ‘Merlin’ uncouples, runs around the train and couples again directly to carriage F for the return leg.

Arrival back to Dublin Connolly is scheduled for approximately 17:18
